8-12 Inch Upgrade 4-Link Long Travel Lift System

Ford Powerstroke 6.0L (2005-2007) SuperDuty - 4WD


Rize Industries has established itself with the Ford Super Duty owners with it's 05'-07' 6, 8, 12 inch four link systems. We are now proud to introduce our 08' 6 and 8 inch Super Duty kits. Easily clears 35 to 38 inch tires. These systems feature our fully adjustable upper and lower quad links, which are artistically designed using a formed box structure and fitted with Kevlar lined spherical bearings for maximum articulation. Our panhard rod drop bracketry is heavily gusseted and features an adjustable panhard mount. Front coil springs are specifically designed to offer good ride quality as well as increased wheel travel. A forged drop pitman arm as well as all other necessary bracketry is included to make this kit a straight forward bolt on installation.

The rear lift options include tapered blocks or you can opt for the specifically engineered soft ride leaf spring packs in place of the blocks. Shocks not included.

These systems are engineered to achieve the following objectives:
  • Solve the problem of excessive Caster and Pinion angle change throughout the Suspension Cycle that is inherent in the stock 3-Link system.
  • Provide increased wheel travel (up to 40% more).
  • Be user friendly to install (no welding, griding or drilling of additional holes).
  • Stand up to, and exceed, the rugged use that the vehicle manufacturer intended.
  • Offer the Bold, Aggressive, custom look that follows the Rize Industries design philosophy.
