Why K&N Filter Care Service Kit?
A six-step maintenance system designed to recharge any K&N Filtercharger Air Filter. K&N made this cleaning kit to make sure that your K&N filters are working at like-new performance. While your K&N filter is working, protecting your engine it will accumulate dust particles that begin to lower the performance of the filter. This is why it's important to service your filter every 30,000-50,000 miles. After the filter has been cleaned with K&N cleaner you can then oil the filter up and you're ready to go. It's important not to over-oil your filter!
