The Rigid Industries E-Series was the first projected LED light bar. Since its introduction in 2006, the E-Series light bar has set the standard in the industry through continuing advances in technology and superior engineering. Available in a wide range of lengths and configurations, our flagship is the light bar of choice for everything from light truck / car applications and vehicle race teams to farming equipment and police / fire rescue vehicles. The E-Series light bar is designed to project light at extreme distances while consuming very little power. It features an extruded aluminum housing and polycarbonate lens that is sealed against the elements to provide years of trouble-free operation. Torture Tested & Approved.
New 2-Piece Housing
This LED Light Bar now feature a new 2-piece housing that is stronger, more durable and features an improved cooling system. 2-Piece housing are Torture Tested & Approved! With user serviceable mounting hardware and additional mounting bosses on the bottom and an integrated deutsch/amp plug, it makes this new 2-piece housing a more reliable sealing surface for you LED Light Bar.
Hybrid Optics
Our patented Hybrid optics system is the most powerful, most efficient LED optics system on the market. Utilizing a combination of lens and reflector, the Hybrid optics system captures the maximum amount of light emitted from the LED and projects it exactly where you want it.
Spot / Flood Combo
This Rigid Industries light features a combination of both Spot and Flood versions of our patented Hybrid optics system. Our Hybrid Spot optic projects light over great distances in a concentrated beam and is the most powerful spot-style LED light in the industry. This makes it perfect for high speeds and situations where you need extreme distance. Our Hybrid Flood optic, while offering just over half the distance of the Spot version, provides twice the coverage area. When combined, The Hybrid Spot and Flood optics provide the perfect combination of both distance and area.
Amber LED's
This model features amber LED's. Amber lighting is often used to improve visibility in harsh elements. The glare from blue light is very difficult for the human eye to process. By removing blue from the light spectrum, we reduce the glare from snow, rain, fog, and dust which results in better visibility.

Our circuitry is designed in-house to be more powerful, be more efficient, and generate less heat. Our durable aluminum housings feature custom, over-sized heat sinks which keep the temperature down and allow our LED's to run cooler and brighter. All Rigid Industries LED lights receive a high quality powder coat finish, a custom-molded rubber seal, and an unbreakable, scratch resistant lens. Rigid Industries LED lights are engineered to withstand whatever you, the road, or nature can throw at them.
