aFe Pro-Guard 7 Intake System Air Filter
Pro-Guard 7 air filter media is constructed using 5 layers of progressively finer medical grade cotton gauze, combined with 2 layers of non-woven synthetic polyester fabric with random porosity. The result is high-performance air flow with the filtration efficiency of a heavy-duty filter. This media is so unique it was granted U.S. patent 6,811,588 (the only filtration media of its kind to be granted a U.S. patent)
