Ordered one small part and paid 2 day air fee because I needed it in 2-3 days… took a WEEK for the product. Tried calling and emailed to sales twice regarding issue without even one response. That is false advertisement and as a business owner an unacceptable practice. Also, just realized you have a veteran discount…never realized or saw that while ordering part. Maybe put a box to check or add a drop down to download DD214 or ID for verification. Hopefully I’m an outlier because repeat business may become a problem for you!!
