Titan Fuel Tanks 7010211 57 Gallon Mid-Ship Fuel Tank for 2011-2016 GM 6.6L Duramax LML

Midship Fuel Tanks allows you to control when and where you fill up your tank. These huge tanks pay for themselves in 2 years based on the time and money saved making less trips to the fuel station. The Super Series tanks hold about double that of a normal stock fuel tank, increasing a vehicle's range. The fuel tanks are made of high density cross linked polyethylene. The cross link refers to the chains of molecules that make up polyethylene, forming a chemical bond or bridge. This bridge expends the impact energy throughout the chain of molecules an infinite amount of times. This design gives the tanks twenty times the environmental stress crack resistance, ten times the molecular weight, and five times the impact strength over OEM stock tanks. Cross-linked polyethylene has high chemical resistance, does not corrode, and is not affected much by condensation.

This 57 Gallon*, extra capacity, extra heavy duty, midship replacement fuel tank for 2011-2014 General Motors pickups with Crew Cabs and 6 ½ ft. beds. Tank is constructed of military grade cross-linked polyethylene (XLHDPE). Tank comes complete with powder-coated or plated steel mounting straps set, extruded rubber mounting bushings and accessories. Tank features exclusive low fuel trap design. This new TITAN Tank hangs approximately only 1.5" below bottom of stock tank shield. Tank is approximately 2" deeper than the stock OEM tank. Very similar in appearance to original equipment tank.
