aFe power introduces a true 5" Down-Pipe Back Large Bore-HD exhaust system for 2015.5-2016 GM Diesel Trucks with V8-6.6L (td) engine. The Large Bore-HD turbo back exhaust system is constructed from 5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow, increased horsepower and torque. This down-pipe back exhaust system is designed with a unique tapered flange to fit the flanged down pipe found on models built after July 2014. This system is available with a free-flowing 24" long muffler and includes a 6" black stainless steel clamp-on tip with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.
Installation is a Snap:
This system uses factory mounting locations providing stability and hassle-free installation.
Leak-Free Seal:
A Unique High Quality OE Style Tapered Flange is Used for a Complete 360 Degree Sealing Surface.
Aggressive Sound:
A free-flowing 24" long muffler is used to absorb high pitch tones producing a powerful sound and unleashing all available horsepower and torque out of your rig.
OE Fit:
OE style bayonet hangers are used to maintain a stable pipe location during high vibration and high heat conditions. The Bayonet tips holds the hanger bushing in place for an OE style fit that does not change with time. A bolt on hanger mount is used to support the driver side tube.
Flow and Performance:
Large Bore-HD exhaust systems are constructed of 5" mandrel bent stainless steel tubing for maximum flow. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower and torque.
6" Black Tip:
Finishing off the exhaust is a 6" black stainless steel clamp-on tip with a laser-cut stainless steel aFe power plate for an aggressive style.

These kits will only fit models manufactured after July 2014 equipped with a flanged down pipe. Does not fit cab & chassis, Fits 133.7 " to 167.7" wheel bases only.
