OC DIESEL Returns & Exchange Policy
Please read entire policy prior to returning product or exchanging product.
- All returns or exchanges to OCDIESEL.com must be made within 10 days from original purchase date unless prior arrangements have been made via email from OC DIESEL.
- All returned items will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee.
- Returned items MUST be new and unused condition, in original packaging with no markings made on the original manufacturers packaging.
- All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for refund less applicable costs.
- OC DIESEL will not be responsible for shipping costs to customer or back from customer.
- Returned items are calculated by equating the full purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee.
- A credit to the same form of payment used for the original purchase will be applied after returned item has been inspected and approved.
- Exchange items are calculated by equating the full purchase price minus shipping and handling and a 30% restocking fee.
- A credit to the same form of payment used for the original purchase will be applied upon approval of exchanged item.
Please note that all new orders in place of exchanged items must be paid in full prior to the exchanged item refund is issued. The following is an easy step-by-step process to follow when returning an item:
- Contact OC DIESEL customer service representative via e-mail at email@example.com or call 714-848-2170 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer Service hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm PST. Upon obtaining an RMA, you will receive instructions on which warehouse to send the return merchandise. Please note, the address to where you send your return is determined by which product you are returning back. Failure to return product to the correct warehouse location may cause you unnecessary expenses and wait time. All transactions will be made via email confirmation.
- In addition to the product, please include inside the returned package: your order number, name or customer number, contact information (phone and email) and the reason you are returning the product.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box. Returned products MUST be returned in all original packaging. Please do not write anything on the manufactures product box. Failure to follow this direction may cost you an additional and unnecessary expense.
- Please return by a traceable carrier such as United States Postal Service registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS), or Federal Express (FedEx) to the address provided when you received your RMA number. A tracking number is advised to accelerate the return process. This tracking number should be emailed along with your original order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Refunds may take up to 10 days to process once your item is received and inspected as you will be notified via email on the status of your return via email. No item will be accepted as a return or exchange if the product has been installed, is damaged, marked on, used, incomplete, abused or in less than new condition. Cancellation Policy: click the " My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change Quantities / Cancel Orders" link to find and edit your order.
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer able to be changed or canceled. Cancellation of an order that is made after 2:00pm PST on the same day the original order was placed holds no guarantee to be processed. To process a cancellation request, please call our returns processing department at 714-848-2170 between 10:00am and 2:00pm PST.
IMPORTANT: All cancellations will be confirmed with a valid RMA number. No orders will be considered canceled via telephone voice mail messages or email message.
