Shipping Policies


When Will My Product Ship? Orders begin processing immediately and can take 24-48 hours to complete processing. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days. Some exceptions may include back ordered items and items being drop shipped from the manufacturer.

When Will I Receive My Order? In-stock orders are received within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Non-stock, special orders, and truck freight orders may take 1-2 weeks to be received. Contact us to check inventory or estimated ship date.

Shipping: Items with expedited shipment services outside of the contiguous United States (shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico) and Canada please contact us for an accurate shipping quote. Shipping charges apply to all items including large truck freight items such as but not limited to Transfer Flow fuel tanks and accessories, Titan fuel tank and accessories, transmissions, torque converters, intercoolers, turbochargers, and engine batteries. OCDiesel.com reserves the right to change this offer at any time.

Signature Required: Orange County Diesel requires UPS to obtain a signature upon delivery of every order. If you are unable to sign for your order, it is the customer responsibility to let Orange County Diesel know at time of order to remove the Signature Required. If you request to remove the Signature Requirement, Orange County Diesel will not be responsible for any lost or undelivered packages. Please note once your order has been shipped we can not remove the Signature Required.

Additional fees may apply for undeliverable or rerouted orders.

P.O. BOX & APO/FPO: Due to UPS™ Shipping Policies, Orange County Diesel can not ship orders to any P.O. Box, APO or FPO addresses.

Obvious Freight Damage: If you receive a shipment from an order that you placed with OCDiesel.com that has obvious freight damage you can refuse it or make a note when you sign for the items with the carrier and report any obvious Freight damage to OCDiesel.com within 3 business days. We will then order a replacement for you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original. The damaged product must be held at the original shipping address and in its original packaging so the carrier can make an inspection and pickup. If you fail to report Obvious Freight Damage to the carrier or us within 3 business days, neither you or OCDiesel.com will have any recourse, and a freight claim cannot be filed.

Concealed Freight Damage: If you accept a shipment, it is your responsibility to open it immediately, inspect it and report any concealed freight damage to the delivering carrier and OCDiesel.com within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. We will work with the freight carrier & manufacturer to assist in getting a replacement unit shipped out to you. We will charge you for the replacement at the originally quoted price and credit you upon the return of the original shipped item(s). If you fail to report concealed freight damage to the carrier or OCDiesel.com within 3 business days, neither you or OCDiesel.com will have any recourse, and a freight claim cannot be filed.
