Fast Guide to Smarty J-67 Software Levels:
The horsepower settings have a modified Torque Management (TQM). The torque is increased only up to an approved safe limit.
- SW # 1: 40 Hp increase
- SW # 2: 70 Hp increase
- SW # 3: 100 Hp increase
Tested on stock trucks on a Dyno. Stock mean just that, Stock! MADS Smarty checked the baseline (the stock truck HP at the rear wheels) twice a day to ensure their findings. The above declared HP numbers are all rounded down to the closest number.
ABS/Speedo Recalibration
Tire height can be adjusted up to 44 inches with one tenth of an inch increments in seconds. In order to do so Smarty needs to be VIN# locked in to the truck to get into the ABS adjustment section.
DTC Code Reader
The name says it all, you can read and erase codes in plain English. Old news by now but Smarty was the first to provide this feature. (Smarty can erase ABS codes also but does not display them)
